Pasta

We stock a wide range of 100% durum wheat and egg pasta's. Most of which are imported directly from Rummo in Italy who have been awarded the seal of approval by the Italian association of chefs.

Other brands also available include: Knorr in 3kg boxes and Spigadoro 12 x 500g packs.

Oils

In addition to "Chef's Choice" 20Litre Vegetable oil, we carry an extensive range of all types of olive oil, including high quality infused olive oils from Italy and other speciality oils such as:

• Sunflower oil

Vinegars

From our supplier Fattorie Giacobazzi in Modena Italy, the home of balsamic vinegar, we have a range of 3 leaf and 4 leaf balsamic vinegars, pre-reduced balsamic glaze and white balsamic dressing available in sizes from 250ml bottles, up to 5Litre poly containers.

In addition to these we also carry white and red wine vinegars, sherry, malt, rice and distilled vinegars.

Culinary Nuts and Dried Fruits

We offer a high quality range of almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachio's, pine kernels and peanuts to name but a few.

Our extensive range of dried fruits includes currants, raisins, banana chips, apricots, sultanas and all the everyday essentials.

Olives

On offer from Spain; Manzanilla olives, whole, pitted and pimento stuffed, together with whole queen olives and black pitted manzanillas.

Not forgetting our Italian taggiasca and mixed marinated olives, and our Greek kalamatas.

Antipasti / Speciality vegetables

From northern Italy, we import a delectable range of speciality grilled vegetables which includes marinated artichokes, peppers, courgettes and onions, all conveniently packed in resealable trays and ready for use.

Crisps

We stock an extensive range of premium hand cooked crisps such as pipers with their natural flavours, and Real crisps. We also stock a number of standard crisp brands including Walkers, KP and McCoys.

Snacks

You can travel the world with our snacks; go crackers in Japan with our rice crackers, or get hot in Deli with our chilli Nuts, or do the Mexican wave with our mexicano's.

Biscuits and Confectionary

Apart from the everyday brands of biscuits and confectionary we can offer a range of luxury traditional biscuits from Patterson and Border, as well as speciality continental products such as Amaretti and Cantucci biscuits from Italy.

Rice and Pulses

From the foothills of the Himalaya's we have Kohinoor and Tilda Basmati Rice, alongside specialist Arborio and Carnaroli rice from Italy. From our cousins in the USA we have sea isle American long grain rice.

We stock a wide range of dried pulses from red split lentils to chick peas and legumes.

For your toast and jam we have a range from Frank Cooper's, Tiptree and Duerrs jams. Or if you prefer to decant we have 3kg tubs of jams available from Hartleys.

Canned Goods

From the exotic lychee to the basic baked bean. Our selection of quality branded canned goods will more than meet your needs. Our range consists of canned fruits, vegetables and fish in a variety of sizes.

Herbs and Spices

We scour the world to bring you the most exotic herbs and spices from around the globe. The range includes Sri Lankan cinnamon sticks, Spanish paprika, turmeric from India and Star Aniseed from China just to mention a few.

Bakery Products

Everything a pastry chef could ask for. A full range of flours and flour mixes, gelatine and cooking chocolate; blocks or pistoles.

Our range also includes sweet and savoury tartlet cases and canapé cups.

Beverages

Juice for breakfast or the bar available in 1Litre tetra packs; not just the traditional orange and grapefruit but also exotic flavours such as passionfruit, lychee and guava. Bottled water for the boardroom or the bedroom, both still and sparkling, and an extensive range of still and carbonated soft drinks in cans and bottles.
